Information for retailer

The prerequisite for using wwoc is that General Terms and Conditions of wwoc and all applicable laws are followed and the rights of third parties are respected. If activities do not meet these requirements, wwoc may take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws and our Terms and Conditions. In some cases, these measures may be required by law. This may include, but is not limited to, the following actions: removal of offers or other content, warnings, restrictions on activities, or account suspension.

 

1. Register with us for free.

2. Download the dealer parts list.

3. Enter your excess stock in the list and send it to us.service@wwoc.de to.

If you have your own photos of the components you want to offer, please send them to us too.service@wwoc.de. If no photos are submitted, wwoc will use example images of components.

 

You pay 1.90 euros per component for the adjustment. Maximum 19 Euros.

 

4. After a successful sale, you will receive all the necessary information from the buyer such as name, address, VAT number. etc. You will also receive the commission invoice from us. This is staggered as follows:

 

Invoice amount including shipping costs    

• 1-999 euros           8th%

• 1000-4999 euros  6%

• > 5000 euros         4% 

 

5. You send the buyer an order confirmation with the item, quantity, price, shipping costs, payment terms and delivery date.

 

6. Communication with the customer beyond the purchase, e.g. with complaints and complaint management, the application of guarantees, advice on any questions that arise, are handled directly by you as the seller.
